Scultura cinese di conchiglia con scena intarsiata. Celluloide, 1900/1910  08XXXB2980

E’ una scultura eccezionale: non è una conchiglia scolpita, ma una vera e propria scultura su antica celluloide di una conchiglia aperta che contiene una dettagliatissima scena marino-rurale: una coppia fuori della casa con mulino (la ruota gira veramente!) all’ ombra di un albero che stanno guardando la loro barca.

Dettagli curatissimi, maniacali sia nella scena che all’ esterno della conchiglia, realizzati da uno scultore miniaturista cinese tra il 1900 ed il 1910, impiegando un materiale leggero, tanto caro a quel periodo: la celluloide,  Quando si parla della pazienza cinese….!!!

Questa scultura è un capolavoro di arte e..di pazienza!

It’s an exceptional and rare sculpture: it’s not a carved shell, but a real sculpture realized on an old celluloid in the shape of a shell opened, containing a detailed rural scene: a couple of Chinese people out of the door of their house, at the shadow of a three, They are locking their boat, in the river, where the wheel of water-mill is turning.(The wheel of the sculpture is really turning!!!)

Very accurate, maniacal details inside and in the top of the shell realized by a Chinese miniaturist sculptor between 1900 and 1910, using a material very important in that age: celluloid-

Bel vaso in avorio impiegabile sia come portafiori che come portapenne in avorio di primissima qualità del Congo Belga degli anni Trenta,  tutto scolpito con una bellissima scena Art Deco di in serpente che morde un coccodrillo. Ci è pervenuto per la successione di due anziani ex colonialisti che hanno vissuto a Lisasa dal 1920 al 1960. Munito di certificato di expertise.

Gattino in bronzo francese stupendo. Anni trenta

Sarà perché io amo i gatti….ma difficilmente ho visto una scultura in bronzo di un gattino a pancia all’ aria che chiede le coccole.. così adorabile, così ben fatta, così stilisticamente ineccepibile.

Scultura del Prof. Piergianni Cedraschi per Capodimonte: contadino con oche  

Stupenda ed oggi introvabile scultura in ceramica  di Capodimonte a firma di un grande scultore milanese negli anni ’60: il Prof. Piergianni Cedraschi.

Quest’ opera, molto rara nella produzione scultorea di Cedraschi e ricercata dai collezionisti, è stata rinvenuta assieme ad altre cinque presso un gioielliere del Ponte Vecchio che ha cessato l’ attività.

Rappresenta un grasso contadino con sciarpa e due oche ai piedi

 L’espressione del contadino, la cura e la minuzia dei dettagli fanno di questa opera un vero capolavoro del grande scultore. Non c’è bisogno di commenti: basta guardare le foto e sentire ciò che l’ opera trasmette.

Firmata sulla base, reca sotto la base sia il marchio di Cedraschi che quello di Capodimonte,  per segnalare l’ inserimento dell’ opera nell’ ambito delle sculture realizzate per Capodimonte.

It was found, with other five sculptures, in a jeweller’s shop (now closed)  in Old Bridge of Florence.

It represents a fat farmer with a scarf on the neck and two geese at his feet.

The expression of figures, the care of details  gives  to this work the chrism of masterpiece.

Una coppia veramente superba di candelieri in vero bronzo antico risalente alla prima meta’ dell’ ottocento, di provenienza da un paese nel nord Europa, probabilmente la Svezia. I bronzi rappresentano due grifoni alati che simboleggiano i mitologici protettori dei templi e della casa. Molto bella la patina di origine.
